These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rootedinlove.leidymunera.com and the services of Rooted in Love, a 1:1 relationship coaching program led by Leidy Munera and operated by Remi Mayer LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, submitting our forms or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, submit our forms or opt in to our text messages.
2. Our services
Rooted in Love offers a free clarity call and a paid 6-week coaching program. Our coaching and content are for education and personal growth. They are not medical, psychiatric or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for treatment by a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (in the U.S.) or your local emergency number.
3. SMS text messaging program
Program description: When you submit the form on our website, you may check optional checkboxes to receive text messages from Remi Mayer LLC (Rooted in Love). Non-marketing messages include the link to book your call, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups and support replies. If you also checked the marketing box, you may receive promotional messages such as program updates and special offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your wireless carrier and your mobile plan.
How to opt out: Text STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no more text messages from us. To join again, text START or sign up again on our website.

4. Bookings and payments
The clarity call is free. If you join our paid program, its price, schedule and refund terms will be explained to you before you pay.
5. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our program, including text, videos, images and course materials, belongs to Remi Mayer LLC or its licensors. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share or resell it without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular result from our coaching or content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remi Mayer LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
7. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use our Services after a change means you accept the new Terms.
