This Privacy Policy explains how Remi Mayer LLC ("we," "us," "our"), which operates Rooted in Love, a 1:1 relationship coaching program led by Leidy Munera, collects, uses and protects your information when you visit rootedinlove.leidymunera.com, submit our forms, or receive our emails and text messages (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first and last name, email address and mobile phone number when you fill out a form, book a call or contact us, and anything you choose to share with us during a call or in messages.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your request and schedule your free clarity call.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and support messages by email and, if you opted in, by text message.
- To send marketing emails and, only if you checked the marketing box, marketing text messages about our coaching program.
- To deliver our coaching services, improve our website and keep our Services secure.
- To comply with the law.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, our customer-relationship and scheduling platform, and email delivery. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
None of this sharing includes your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data and consent. See "SMS/text message program" below.
SMS/text message program
About the program: Remi Mayer LLC (Rooted in Love) sends text messages (SMS) only to people who opt in. Non-marketing messages include the link to book your call, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups and support replies. Promotional messages (program updates and special offers) are sent only to people who also opted in to marketing messages.
How users opt in: Users opt in by submitting the form on rootedinlove.leidymunera.com and checking one or both optional checkboxes to receive text messages from Remi Mayer LLC (Rooted in Love) at the phone number they provided. Both boxes are unchecked by default. Checking a box is not required to submit the form, book a call or use our Services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email us at leidy@leidymunera.com.
No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
5. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people who need it, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe: reply STOP to any text message, or click "unsubscribe" in any of our emails.
- Access, correct or delete: email us to see, update or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California or Virginia), you may have additional privacy rights. Email us and we will respond as the law requires.
8. Children
Our Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
